The service is not good. There is not even free mineral water. It is too expensive to buy water downstairs. It is really a very bad experience. I will stay in other hotels in the future. It is really not good. However, the Ctrip platform is still good. There was a problem in the middle, and the platform solved the problem quickly and effectively. Thumbs up

Great experience friendly staff and Chef Braxton omelettes on point ;) Rooms are a little dated , but clean and has everything you need . I was on the sxth floor , nice and quiet .

Desk staff was wonderful, giving us a view of the mountains in thr distance. There was no issue with the parking and breakfast was handled to m satisfaction.

Hotel is in a great location. A lot of cute restaurants and cafes near by. Very comfortable room! Chef Brakton made an amazing omelet in the morning too!

I come to this conference every year and have stayed in this hotel before. This time, Marikus, at the front desk was very pleasant, professional, and efficient! The housekeeping staff maintained my room just as I would have. Definitely a much better experience this year versus 2023.
